How to create your Stand-Alone Alarm.com Interactive and/or Video account
2. Place your Quarterly service plan, which includes Activation, in your shopping cart from the items above. If you want a Interactive account and a Pro Video account, you must purchase & activate both service plans.
ProVideo: Allows you up to 4 cameras and 1000 clips of video storage and 1000 clips of uploads each month.(Best for residential applications)
ProVideo Expansion Unit: Allows you to add up to 4 more cameras per expansion unit. You get an additional 5000 clips of video storage and 5000 clips of bandwidth each month. ***You can add up to 7 Expansion units for a total of 32 cameras on your account.
Interactive Gold-Allows you up to 50 alarm devices, the ability to add Z-Wave devices and additional services

Go to our Account Creation Page (See link below) and fill out the alarm.com account creation form completely, confirm you have read the Alarm.com Customer Terms-Exhibit B and hit the submit button. Not filling out the form completely, not agreeing to the Terms or not hitting the submit button will delay your account creation. Before you receive your alarm equipment and/or cameras, you will receive an email with instructions how to complete your alarm.com account and how to customize it for your needs. You will then be ready to program your alarm equipment and/or cameras into your account when they arrive.

How Alarm.com works
Please note: These examples show how alarm.com works with a monitored security system.
For a Stand-Alone video and Interactive account, the video images and alarm system activity are sent directly to the alarm.com website through your Internet connection or CDMA and stored on your alarm.com account.
A monitoring center, police dept., fire dept. or emergency medical services will not be involved and will not respond to a Stand-Alone Alarm.com account.
However, you can have activity alerts sent directly to your phone or emailed to you.
