Uplink GPSLTE Vehicle Tracking Account Creation and Activation
IMPORTANT: This form must be filled out 100% and submitted to A-1 Alarm before we can activate your GPS account

Please install your GPS LTE unit before sending this form
. We will activate your GPS within 24 hours of receiving this information and you will be notified by email that your unit is active.
We cannot activate 2G, 3G and 4G units after 1/1/2020. They will cease to send signals in 2020.
Once your account is active, you will be able to customize your alerts for each unit you have registered. A separate form must be submitted for each unit. However, all units are accessible on one account once registered.

By default and with the purchase of your GPS, you paid for your activation and are subscribed to the Quarterly Basic Plan. All accounts are invoiced quarterly or annually in advance. There is a 5% discount for annual payments.Your 1st invoice will be adjusted to reflect the time of quarter you began and it may be for slightly more or less than a full quarter. Quarterly invoices are due 3/31, 6/30, 9/30 and 12/31 each year. Annual payments receive a 5% discount when paid by the due date. If you wish to enroll in Auto-Pay, please fill out the credit/debit card information below. Your credit/debit card will be charged on the due date of each invoice. Invoices are emailed 30 days in advance.
